Thanks to our amazing community of supporters, GHHS was able to do more than we could have ever imagined in 2022. Together, we, the staff, volunteers, fosters, donors, partners, and adopters saved over 700 animals this year!

Spring marks the beginning of “kitten season,” a time of year when thousands of homeless kittens flood animal shelters across the country. The Greater Huntsville Humane Society (GHHS) desperately needs foster parents who can provide temporary care for these vulnerable kittens until they are old enough to be adopted.
AniMeals on Wheels is a new initiative that will allow King’s Kitchen to partner and deliver pet food to fellow community organizations. Pet food, treats and supplies will be bagged, labeled and delivered monthly by GHHS volunteers.
