Unleashing Love: 5th Annual 100 Envelope Challenge

The 5th Annual 100 Envelope Challenge will help improve and expand our outdoor kennel spaces — creating cleaner, safer, and more enriching environments for the dogs in our care.
Your donation "fills in" the envelopes!

$10 fills the 10 envelope, $25 fills the 25 envelope and so on. If the envelope is already filled, we will split it to fill fill smaller amounts, for example, $100 can be the 100 envelope or the 1 and 99. Each week we will update the envelope graphic (below), showing which ones have been “filled” with a colored in heart.

Supporting the Outdoor Dog Kennels at GHHS

Our community has shown up in a big way over the past four years.

Together, from 2022 through 2025, the 100 Envelope Challenge raised an incredible $22,385.75 in support of the Maddie & Molly Medical Fund. Those funds directly helped animals receive critical medical care, rehabilitation, and second chances.

This year, we’re taking our impact outside.

Your gift will help improve and expand our outdoor kennel spaces and create cleaner, safer, and more enriching environments for the dogs in our care, including 18 New Kuranda Beds!

These durable, raised beds provide comfort, cleanliness, and proper rest for dogs waiting for their forever homes.

Each outdoor dog kennel ranges in cost from $9,000 to $30,000, depending on size and configuration. These spaces include:
 
  • Sanitizable turf for hygiene and durability
  • Enrichment features for mental stimulation
  • Safe fencing and structured layout
  • Improved drainage and cleaning systems
 
Our goal is to make every outdoor kennel look like our first completed kennel, sponsored by a dedicated donor, shown above!
