Biography:

Knight is an 8 year old mixed breed. He is typically energetic and cuddly once he gets to know you. He is fully potty trained and didn't have accidents in the home. He lived in a home with another dog but is not a fan of cats. He LOVES balls, especially ones with texture. He will carry them around like they're his baby and he loves playing fetch with it (but you've got to work hard to get it back from him). If you're up for it, Knight will cuddle on the couch or in a bed with you as long as you'll allow it. He can take a little time to warm up to strangers. To ensure every animal is placed in a forever home, GHHS begins this process with a detailed adoption application. Each interested, potential adopter will fill out the application attached to the animal of interest. To be considered for adoption:

Adopters must be at least 19 years old.
If you rent, you must have permission from your landlord and pet fees must be paid in advance.
If adopting into a family, we require all members of the family to be in agreement about adopting. For families that already include another dog, we typically require a meet and greet; this may be hosted on the GHHS property, or at the potential adopter’s home.
Some animals may require a home inspection.
